In Nashye lore, when someone dies, they slowly grow branches from the tips of their limbs until they fully turn into a tree. The more leaves they have, the more memories they have lost.
Nashye people are also pretty obsessed with adopting traditions from us, like the language of flowers.

I'm finally starting a series of EPs for my Eva ~Eve~ universe to try and gather some attention for it (so I can re-open auditions yet again, since I need so many people). These EPs center around traditions, legends and culture in the EE verse, including how cultures perceive the afterlife, what it means to be alive, and legends about how traditions are started (like annual harvests). Whether these are true or not in EE verse is up to the viewer.
This song is for the Nashye EP, a country east of the capital. It has rather strict gender roles compared to other countries, some residents suffer from racism, and children can grow up in terrible poverty if they are foreign. The unfortunate thing is this makes them not too different from us.
I can't give a certain date for the Nashye EP, but I can say for all these EPs there will be at least five songs per album, and will feature only the languages spoken in the country (since Nashye is big on adopting our traditions, it may have more than just English and its native language).
I'm planning on fixing the mixing for the album release, but I think I'm proud enough of it to release it here now.
Please comment!! You don't have to say anything big, but it gives me a huge boost in motivation and I'm going to need it.
Thanks for watching/reading!!!
