on the western edge of town the grass is coming in and all of my good friends are waiting for the heat to warm the water in their pools their sick and tired of school
winters gone along with our responsibilities once again we're free to roam the place that we have claimed our home and disagree on the stupidest of things
I can feel the end of something here I've been dreading it for all these years
we have just weeks to celebrate our friendship and our youth it's the last thing that we'll do before the stress of growing up consumes us and we stop all our careless thoughts I wish that we could run away from plans and not look back but life changes so fast the future looms in front of us and scares us half to death we'll soon be silhouettes
I can feel the end of something here I've been dreading it for all these years once again were smiling when we hear that spring is coming earlier this year
