wǒ qǐng nǐ hējiǔ.
I'll buy you a drink.
B: 我不能喝酒。
wǒ bù néng hējiǔ.
I can't drink alcohol.
A: 怎么会不能喝呢？给我面子，喝一杯吧。
zěnme huì bùnéng hē ne? gěi wǒ miànzi, hē yī bēi ba.
What do you mean you can't drink? Just have one to keep me cpmpany.
B: 我会起酒疹，真的不能喝。
wǒ huì qǐ jiǔ zhěn, zhēnde bùnéng hē.
I'll get a rash, I really can't drink.
A: 会起酒疹？那还是别喝，真可惜，你的人生少了很多乐趣啊。
huì qǐ jiǔ zhěn? nà hái shì bié hē, zhēn kěxī, nǐ de rénshēng shǎo le hěn duō lèqù ā.
