This song is fairly easy if you know your barre chords and thanks to the key change at end, it's going to be hard to find a capo position that eliminates all of them (hence the difficulty).
The rhythm on some of the chords is a little peculiar - try listening to the bass line the track to get an idea where they go. I can't promise that the "he--ro" bit is right on second bridge: I did my best, but it's a funny progression. Enjoy!
