Issued in 1947 as Columbia Masterworks Set M-667 (records 12509 through 12511), and in automatic sequence as Set MM-667 (records 12512 through 12514). Reissued on LP in 1951 as ML-4389 (coupled with Eileen Joyce's 1941 recording of Shostakovich's First Piano Concerto originally issued as Set M-527).
