Recorded October 18, 1954, in Columbia's 30th Street Studio, New York City. Issued in the USA in 1955 as Columbia Masterworks ML-4959. Also issued in England as Philips ABL-3052, and elsewhere in Europe as Philips A-01175L. Reissued about 1967 in the USA as Odyssey 32-16-0123, apparently while ML-4959 was still available (both numbers are listed in the December 1967 Schwann Catalog); the Odyssey issue was deleted, however, by 1972.
