Today we are going to discuss two kinds of communication laws that can be very useful in your social life. So, the first one says that people always reject new information that contradicts to their views(погляди), unless you’re their leader, of course. And the second law claims that people never accept any public critic even if they are actually wrong. That’s why, try to remember them, because it can help you in communication with other people.
