From his early stomping ground of the Italian Riviera to his residencies at Italy's Zu::bar and more recently, London's Undersound, Francesco Del Gardo knows his way around a DJ booth. MEOKO Mix number 115 is full of Francesco's fabulous flavours. The loopy minimal techno style of many of his contempories is clear to hear throughout, however Francesco's sound is definitely house music. It's warm and playful; rich analogue depth and melodic textures are layered over tougher more percussive edged beats whilst vocal samples jive against old school synthesized stabs. Dance floor joy.
