Most powerful and most famous Rising Sun Emperor Kotagaro, son of Rateso.
His father was killed by Arsen II Sagora when Kotagaro was fourteen, and two weeks later after Rateso's Funeral he was crowned as XI Rising Sun Emperor.
He died on the Great Imperium March-Past in Great Ardellia: he saw Arsen II Sagora in one of the corridors of Ardellian Mausoleum and his heart stopped.
