When the dismal sky, coerces my mind And hurls me to the most mournful indolence, A silent flitter mouse, When rain casts its webs like dark Unbroken rails and a finely woven cloak Wraps and clasps my heart, When bells vehemently toll, sending Upwards their howl like spirits that roam, Breaking suddenly the hush Then my soul spreads her black wings Dispersing the lugubrious smell of my tomb Over tenebrous veils in the penumbra rambles my thought I remember now the frost of daybreak The song of trees, the murmur of the Waves and I find in the funeral obscurity If my grief, the Dark Serenity
