Travelling alone I’m guided to a place that I have never seen The sum of all is none (or am I someone?) Climb the spire; look into the eyes of another
Staring into the searing sea I’ve never seen so many eyes staring back at me
Burning like the sun Guide me to a place that I have never been Labyrinthian (many ways to one) Does it ever make sense anymore? Nothing ever makes sense anymore
So if you know what to believe And if you cannot see the sea I can feel you in my brain I can feel you in everything
Gazing out into the sea I’ve never seen so many eyes observing me Their movement like a symphony They’re twisting and swerving and absorbing all of me
And I embrace my Desire to reach for the sky Feel it burn inside As I’m taken by the tide
A voice behind the corner Beckons me to follow (come with me) Ripples beneath the water Smear into the burning sand (blow away) Elements colliding The senses cannot speak (cannot see) I am becoming nothing And I am everything, everything
I’ve stared into the sea A billion piercing eyes I feel them carry me way beyond the tide Caught in this maze of mirrors Smiling back at me Labyrinthine consciousness Devouring me
