I was surfing the VK tryin' to cram up my mind
Then suddenly I saw one video of a strange kind
The guy was sitting in the room, playing an' oldschool game
being surprised it's black and white, I thought "Are you insane"
Everybody played black and white, this thing's kinda well-known
But then he started nodding and I got it was part of the show
So I kept watching...

It was a hand-made movie | called grey elephant's curse
It's all about computer games, but all seems to be worse
In 90's we had dendy, when the world had NES
And civilized people never knew such a mess
With glitching crazy cartridges and whole lotta fakes
That was the movie's plot | and I recalled the past days
And it was kinda nostalgic for me...

I thought I knew a lot about all that videogame stuff
Watching along I realize my knowledge's not enough
I found myself back in time when I was little kid
Sitting in front of TV-set, playing that 8 bit
I laughed as I was nuts and sometimes I wiped my tears
Coz I was listening 'bout the things I haven't thought for years
Thanks for that, now moving on...

The fellow in the video was like an old good pal
The words he spoke were near and dear whatever he would tell
He couldn't play that Persian Prince and Lion King was green
He even played Doc. Mario on the uncolored TV screen
And when he's fighting blinking Shredder again and again
I felt really sorry for this guy, his nickname's Kinaman
Luckily, I haven't got turtles those days...

The hour passed, I found myself in my room after all
Nostalgia hit me in the brain and got me by the balls
I thought no one except myself is so keen on oldshool
But I was wrong as never was and it is really cool
I found the whole community - the Kinamania zone
And I should say that very place became my second home
We are one

Year after year the project grew from Lair into Hive
The kitchen shows, the memories and Kinamania live
With Coulthard's perfect battleskills and Gulbis' Frozzity
they can provide nostalgic times for all humanity
And don't forget 'bout Sephiroth, and even about JjAR.
(That's not the song about him, but hail to Turtle Power)
Burn the Manhattan Missions for him

So after all, what'll we expect - we always expect more
More games on sega, NES, and even 3DO
And I believe that Kinaman has more stuff up his sleeve
But please, no more Santa Claus on the next New Year's Eve
And all of us will try to help with all that oldschool props
So long live, Kinamania - don't even try to stop
Yeah - you heard right! Don't stop!
