Story Imagine the story of four (or six, or twelve) cowboys who have been living in, stealing and exploiting the neighbourhood food decades and then it comes the time for some of them to die. And the things he would be thinking about, and regretting of. He mostly would like to correct some things he did in his life and as his final moments are present he tries to assure his mates that life's not about killing, stealing and raping. That everyone - no matter what your originas are - would always be regretting things they've done in their lifes. So basically you should try to think beforehand all the big decisions you're about to make, so not having to regret them afterwards. That's easy, isn't it??? :)
Lyrics
I lived my Life among the plan Pay me honour Let me die like a man
We chose our Ways to live and die So embrace it Never wonder why
When I say You reflect on me Just ride on through and Try to know how I would feel
When I pray We're not the dying breed I spill the blood for hope that You'll be there to sow the seed
Oh... That's what cowboys do Forget their past and drift away
Oh... That's what rebels do They'll always find their place to hide away
I guess we were like rebels all the way
My friends of Brotherhood of man It's your burden Now to understand
No more lies No more grace and glory Feel my fire Carry on the story
Stained all through Was this blackened soul But in the end you realize The truth unfold
Long live rebel Never growing old The silver bullets shot away Turned into tears of gold
Oh... That's what cowboys do Forget their past and drift away
Oh... That's what rebels do They'll always find their place to hide away
I never meant to stay I might as well be gone today
When you pray Me to understand I'll reach out Give my helping hand
From out there I'll be seeing you Light you the the way to show The things that only cowboys do
Oh... I'll be riding through My gun is made of wood and steel
Oh... I'm urban cowboy too I'll throw my hand always for you
Until no day is shining through
And the white turns into blue
I shall throw my hand for you
The grip is stronger than before
We will settle to the score
Still we're rebels evermore
No-one else will cease the day
Until you'll find our rebel way
It will cease the day Rebels all the way
When all the sorrow work is done You'll know my heart is gone
All the days I have seen Still we're nobody All the places I've been Still I'm nobody All the paths that we've rode Still we're nowhere But now I'm opened to see...
