We are back with Asia In Focus, this week with a rare mix from one of Manila's most respected DJs, Mulan. He has been in the nightlife business in Manila for 15+ years both as a club owner and DJ, his first club being Twilo back in 1999, he is known especially for his passion and dedication to the cause of alternative and underground music, and for being a purist. Two of the venues he and his group currently run are favourites B-Side and Black Market, with something new apparently in store as well.

In terms of music, Mulan can be considered a \"DJ's DJ\", one that many aspiring youngsters respect and look up to for his knowledge and diversity in style, it is rumoured he has a collection of up to 10,000 records which range from krautrock to tribal techno, which he actively digs through week in, week out to convey his taste in music at various gigs. It is a real rarity getting an exclusive mix from him, of course purely on vinyl, so sit back and enjoy what he has chosen to share with us.
