This song was inspired by the skull kid in Majora's Mask. How he was such a fun and loving character, but he was abandoned. No child wanted to play with him, nor any villagers wanted to see him. So the song switches from happy to sad, then to evil.... but as link saved the child from the mask,.. the skull kid found happiness once more. Rendering the song once more back to happiness.
