David Richards (co-producer of many Queen albums) was a special guest at the Italian Queen Fan Community gathering in Rome at 27th of November 2010.

During his speech he have played two tracks from the archive he have found 22 years later.. Grand Dame, which is a never finished instrumental track) and Affairs (Improvisation with Freddie vocals) both from The Miracle studio sessions in 1989.

This is first time i get to hear Freddie's voice on a new track since few years and no matter the quality or Freddie's mumbles, that is so exciting all over again. My hopes for unreleased content released at Queen 40 years celebrations gone bad, in fact no demos or unreleased content have ever officially released except Freddie's sessions in The Solo Collection. Hopefully we can all witness these seeing the day of light soon.
