Chillout - стиль электронной музыки, название которого произошло от английского сленгового слова, означающего «расслабление». Зародившись в начале 1990-х годов, тогдашний чил-аут был относительно выдержанным и медленным.

Chillout - style of the electronic music, which name occurred from the English slang word meaning "relaxation". Having arisen in the early nineties, the chill-out of that time was rather sustained and slow.
