Born Again

A year ago Rinat decided
To be born again.
Tore all of her unchaste clothes,
Went to a Rabbi who arranged
A match with a studious pupil.
She said she's had enough
From all the mess,
And now she only hangs around
With Rabbi Miriam.

Speaks to the Lord
And all her friends say
She has gone off the rails.

Took a bag and went to Uman (gravesite of a famous saint)
Came back with crazy epiphanies,
And now she's happy
Doesn't care what anybody says.
And also on Facebook,
She decided to block all of her friends
Published a post: The Messiah is coming
And joy to the believer.
Now she lives in a rented flat
In Mea Shearim. (religious neighborhood in Jerusalem)
