1. O man, know that this human life is invaluable, but if you don't chant God's Name, it will just go to waste. O man, this body is made of dust, and one day it will go back to the earth.

O my mind, God's name is so beautiful, and if you repeat it with respect, that Name will come to your help both in happiness and in sorrow.

2. Give up greed, attachment and jealousy and immerse yourself in chanting God's Name. Then your sorrows and anxiety will vanish, because God's Name is the ultimate truth.

3. Don't misuse this human body. Focus your mind on the feet of the Lord. The true happiness you long for lies in chanting God's Name, so sing His name and be purified.

4. This world is like a two minute dream: As soon as you open your eyes you realize that no one belonged to you. In your final hour nobody can come to your aid. Only God's Name can give you company when you leave this world.
