Growing up with three brothers, feeling like the odd one out, she couldn't be like other girls.
Not knowing where to begin, she learned to fit in, wore ripped jeans and cut off her curls.
Climbed the tallest trees, often scraped her knees, never complained when she got a blister.
She liked paying it rough, learned to be so very tough, they forgot she was their little sister.
Her particular circumstances, affected her character and personality as she matured.
Being the only daughter, her experiences taught her, to be confident and self assured.
When her passion flares up, in the heat of the moment, she finds it hard to show restraint.
But behind closed doors, despite all her character flaws, she has the patience of a saint.
Suffering twelve long years of naked indifference, the love that shone bright, is now gone.
Melted down to the wick, loves candlestick, burned twice as bright, but only half as long.
Caught between heaven and hell, the dry water well, signals the end of the harvest feast.
It's time to stop pretending, there is no fairytale ending, like in the Beauty and the Beast.
