The Allman Brothers Band ©1979 «Enlightened Rogues» - Pegasus

Группа реформировалась в 1978 году и выпустила альбом Enlightened Rogues (1979); в записи его приняли участие новые музыканты: Дэн Толер (англ. Dan Toler, гитара) и Дэвид Голдфлайз (англ. David Goldflies, бас-гитара), которые заменили Чака Ливелла и Ламара Уильямса соответственно (и тот, и другой сконцентрировались на работе в Sea Level). Определенный успех в чартах имел сингл «Crazy Love», на радио звучала также инструментальная композиция «Pegasus», но в основном группа не сумела подняться к прежнему статусу. Появились и финансовые проблемы — как у нее, так и у лейбла: Capricorn Records в 1979 году прекратил свое существование, и каталог перешел во владение PolyGram. Allman Brothers Band подписали контракт с Arista Records. Выпустив два альбома, получившие плохую прессу, состав распался в начале 1982 года.
