On this show we talked about our summer vacations and apologised for returning later than planned. We also discussed several points raised by our listeners. First, we talked about nonsense verse, which are words which do not make any sense but rhyme with other words: For example-

Fee fi fo fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman.
Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock.

They are often used in children’s nursery rhymes.

Also, we used several idioms:

be back into the swing of things.
be back into the rhythm of things.
be back on track.

These mean to return to your normal routine.

We looked at some rude words in the following part:
Both sides of the pond
(US) crap/ (UK) bollocks
(US) thanks/ (UK) cheers/ta
