If you really long to meet God, then direct all your love towards Him. Burn up your ego in the fire of love, and smear its ashes on you body.

1. Take hold of the broom of love and sweep your heart clean of the filth of duality - brush the dust away from your place of worship.

2. Throw out the prayer mat, break the images and holy pictures, throw your books in the river. But hold fast to the hands of saints, and serve them.

3. Always eat and drink this love; never, never neglect it. Roam in your own inner intoxication. Never run from the fire that is burning up your ego.
