EN: Czech Philharmonic Orchestra's first recording ever. After a series of successful concerts abroad, Václav Talich recorded the Smetana's symphonic cycle My Country on request of His Master's Voice. First three tone poems are sourced from the Supraphon issue "Václav Talich Gold Edition No.17" (2007), others from the Koch issue (1990). Both remasters are sourced from the complet sets of ten shellack discs, because the metal matrices aren't preserved to the present day.
