Masato talks about co-directing the bands videos including the latest single for “Gone”

We also touch on the bands history and formation from other parts of different bands from their home town of Nagoya, Japan. Masato also speaks about the growth and development of the band and retaining the same band members for over 8 years.

With the bands first run of Warped tour Masato talks about meeting new and old friends while on this tour. He also talks about the positive energy with playing new cities and playing in front of new crowds on the tour. You can hear the passion in his voice for what the band is doing and where they can go.

Masato and I also talk about the band planning on moving to the states full time and when and if they will make that move as a band from Japan. We also touch on the differences in crowd and fan reactions from Japan vs. the states.

It’s nice to talk music with fans of music and Masato is clearly a fan of discovering new bands. He shares a cool story about finally meeting and getting to see the band “Young Guns” while on tour.

Coldrain’s music is a band I recently discovered and since discovering them I’ve really enjoyed their catalog of music along with the fantastic artistic videos to match. The band’s diverse, unique and I feel has only begun to touch the surface of what they can do musically.

Coldrain could very well be at the center of the music scene in the next several years as a core artist.
