And now, the end is near,

For what is a man? What has he got?
If not himself - Then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way.

это был путь мой.

Путь человека - к небесам,
найдет лишь то, что есть он сам;
Сказать от сердца, от души,
не идти за тем, кто пал во лжи,
Не уступать судьбе ничуть,
это был мой путь.
