I am a guest at this hotel, and I want to complain about the terrible service. Yesterday, I ordered salmon for my dinner, and they brought me the most disgusting fish. It was probably caught six weeks ago! What are you going to do about it?
Oh, I am so terribly sorry. Our fish is always fresh. We would never serve old fish to our guests. Perhaps I can give you a complimentary dinner tonight.
