Srila Bhakti Rakshak Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj:

sat-cit-ānandam. The Vallabha Sampradaya said: sat is what ordinarily thought of as the matter. Cit. Sat-cit — both in jiva-soul. And sat-cit-ānanda — only in the third thing, that is Lord. Jiva has consciousness, but not ānandam. Mere consciousness. And ānanda is there. sat-cit-ānanda — three in full fledged is there in the cause.

But Mahaprabhu says that Jiva is an atom of consciousness and has very negligible point of blissfulness. sat-cit-ānanda — three things, only in a very meager way, most negligent degree in jiva.
