Here’s another flashback to the beloved pieces of last year. Once again, we enlist the mixing skills of Andreas Adams (aka MuskoakA) to cook up an inter-dimensional journey through our favorite sounds. For this exclusive podcast, Andreas makes his selections from our Best of 2011 lists, this time it’s Music For Awakened Spirits And Open Minds. Using this limited collection of albums, Andreas concentrated on the flow of music, and in turn created one of the best mixes of the year. The cover photo came from a very late sunset in 2006, on the night of outdoor music festival named Sacred Earth. I was able to witness this amazing spread of sun rays, and I swear, there is no Photoshop involved! I’m still unsure on what could have caused this visual phenomenon, and decided that it would go very well with this psybient mix…
