MY DESTINATION IS GETTING FURTHER AWAY I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I'VE BEEN DRIVING I CAN HEAR THE NOISE OF FOREVER IN THE ENGINE AND THE WHEELS BENEATH THIS CAR I GET OFF AT EXIT 105 AND FINALLY END UP AT AN AMUSEMENT PARK EVERYONE THERE IS WEARING THE MASK OF A DIFFERENT BIRD AND AFTER THE LAZY SUN HAS CRAWLED ACROSS THE SKY I JOIN THE PINWHEELS, RAVENS AND PARADES WE DISAPPEAR OVER THE HORIZON LIKE A TRAIN
I FIND MYSELF SITTING AT THE BACK OF AN EMPTY THEATRE WITH THE SPUTTERING NOISE OF A PROJECTOR IN MY EAR SLOWLY THE VELVET CURTAINS SLIDE APART AND A SILENT MOVIE BEGINS I SEE A BLINDFOLDED CHILD BENEATH AN ORANGE TREE SHE'S SWINGING A CANE AT A PINATA, THE PINATA BREAKS OPEN AND NOW THE THEATRE IS RAINING CANDY THERE'S A PENDULUM MOON SWINGING OVER MY HEAD THE CEILING AND WALLS HAVE FALLEN AWAY THE WHOLE THEATRE STARTS TO MOVE FORWARD LIKE A TRAIN
